RULES & GUIDELINES
- Participants MUST be 16 or older to register for any race.
- Registrations made within 24 hours before the intended event are NOT guaranteed.
- Participants MUST notify us regarding any and all registration changes, requests, or cancellations no later than 5 days before the race.
- Participants are encouraged to check with their healthcare professional regarding their suitability for racing.
- Participants are strongly encouraged to warm up and stretch effectively before and after their race. failure to do so may result in injuries.
- Participants are advised to observe race recommended diet plans for optimal performance.
- Participants are advised to train effectively before any race to prevent injuries.
- Participants are strongly advised to wear race appropriate clothing.
